বাংলাদেশের মহান স্বাধীনতা দিবস 

প্রতি বছর ২৬শে মার্চ বাংলাদেশে অত্যন্ত মর্যাদার সাথে মহান স্বাধীনতা দিবস পালন করা হয়।১৯৭১ সালের এই দিনে জাতির পিতা বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতার ঘোষণা দেন।এই দিনটি আমাদের জাতীয় জীবনে সবচেয়ে গৌরবোজ্জ্বল এবং স্মরণীয় একটি দিন।দীর্ঘ নয় মাসের রক্তক্ষয়ী যুদ্ধের পর আমরা একটি স্বাধীন ও সার্বভৌম দেশ পেয়েছি।স্বাধীনতার জন্য প্রায় ৩০ লক্ষ মানুষ তাদের জীবন বিসর্জন দিয়েছেন এবং ২ লক্ষ মা-বোন ইজ্জত হারিয়েছেন।এই দিনটি বাঙালি জাতির বীরত্ব এবং সাহসিকতার প্রতীক হিসেবে পরিচিত।স্বাধীনতা দিবসের মূল অনুষ্ঠান শুরু হয় সাভারের জাতীয় স্মৃতিসৌধে পুষ্পস্তবক অর্পণের মাধ্যমে।

রাষ্ট্রপতি, প্রধানমন্ত্রী এবং সর্বস্তরের মানুষ শহীদদের প্রতি গভীর শ্রদ্ধা নিবেদন করেন।দেশের প্রতিটি সরকারি-বেসরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানে এবং শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে জাতীয় পতাকা উত্তোলন করা হয়।এই দিনটি আমাদের মনে করিয়ে দেয় যে স্বাধীনতা কোনো দান নয়, বরং এটি অনেক ত্যাগের বিনিময়ে অর্জিত।বিভিন্ন সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে দিনটিকে আনন্দঘন পরিবেশে উদযাপন করা হয়।বর্তমান প্রজন্মের কাছে এই দিনটির গুরুত্ব অপরিসীম, যা তাদের দেশপ্রেমে উদ্বুদ্ধ করে।স্বাধীনতা দিবসের শপথ হলো—সব ভেদাভেদ ভুলে একটি উন্নত ও সমৃদ্ধ বাংলাদেশ গড়ে তোলা।আমাদের উচিত দেশমাতৃকার মান রক্ষা করা এবং শহীদদের স্বপ্নের সোনার বাংলা বিনির্মাণে কাজ করা।

The Great Independence Day of Bangladesh

Every year, the Great Independence Day is celebrated with immense dignity in Bangladesh on March 26th. On this day in 1971, the Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, declared the independence of Bangladesh. This day is the most glorious and memorable day in our national life. After a bloody war of nine months, we achieved a free and sovereign country. Nearly 3 million people sacrificed their lives, and 200,000 women lost their honor for this independence. This day is recognized as a symbol of the bravery and heroism of the Bengali nation. The main events of Independence Day begin by placing wreaths at the National Martyrs' Memorial in Savar. The President, the Prime Minister, and people from all walks of life pay deep respect to the martyrs. The national flag is hoisted in every government, non-government, and educational institution across the country. This day reminds us that independence is not a gift; rather, it was earned through immense sacrifice. The day is celebrated in a joyful atmosphere through various cultural programs. The significance of this day is profound to the current generation, inspiring them with patriotism. The vow of Independence Day is to build a developed and prosperous Bangladesh by forgetting all divisions. It is our duty to uphold the dignity of our motherland and work towards building the "Golden Bengal" that our martyrs dreamed of.
